We can manufacture non typical basic parts developed by engineering and design department of the plant according to the customers technical requirements. Photo 2 Self-moving irrigation machine will help you to benefit from heavy and sustainable yield of crops, vegetable and industrial plants, and perennial grass by high-quality irrigation. The machine is able to work on the fields with rugged relief that have a shallow soil layer, what excludes expensive planning of the irrigated fields. Photo 3 Our plant manufactures the wide range of electrically or hydraulically driven boat winches with different functions. WES-50 flexible tubing electrically driven winch WAES-2 Anchor electrical special winch for drilling platform WETrS-2M Trawling- seiner electrically driven winch WETrS-3 Electric trawling- seiner electrically driven winch WEP-3 Purse seining electrically driven winch WH-4 Hydraulic winch WEHS-11 Electrohydraulic special winch Trawling-purse electrically driven winch WETrS-2M is aimed for the adjustment at a trawler-seiner and serves for realizing of industrial and subsidiary operations under trawling, purse-seine fishing, seiner fishing. It is installed at a weather deck in conditions of unlimited sailing area. Photo 4 The foundry shop can produce steel (30L…45L, 40H, 30…45HGSL) and cast-iron (SCH 20, SCH 30) full-form casting (Lost-Foam). Cast steel masses up to 30kg, cast-iron casting mass up to 45kg. Bronze melting (type BrО13С08) operations have been realized. At the plant there are pressure casting equipment for brass casting manufacture (type LS-40CD). There are also a chemical-analysis laboratory and a spectral laboratory for steel and cast-iron chemical analysis inspection. There is a mechanical laboratory for mechanical tests. The enterprise produces technical documents, press moulds and polystyrene foam casting pattern models. Photo 5 The Plant has developed a brand new type of electrically powered irrigation machine with frame structure. Irrigation machine provides possibility for pivot, linear and linear with radial movement (hippodrome) irrigation. Machine is electrically powered, every cart has two pneumatic wheels which are driven by cart’s own motor gearbox by means of two wheel gearboxes. Automatic control system makes it possible for the machine to move both in direct and reverse way with wide range of operating speeds. Photo 6 Heavy-duty disc harrows HDH-2,4, HDH-4,2, HDH-4,2-01, HDH-6,0 are designed to break up weed and crop residues (including pediculate plants such as: sunflower, corn) for cultivating soil after the harvest. The harrows are equipped with the discs 800 mm in diameter that are 300 mm from each other. Reliable discs fixing excludes scrolling of the discs, and the disc-section holdings have the working tools for changing the disc approach angle from 0° to 25°. There is the back towing hook that makes it possible to use the harrow together with other aggregates, and the special “cleaners” clean axle spacing from ground, weed and crop residues. Photo 7 Mounted boom sprayer MBS-600 is developed to apply the small quantities of the chemical treatments (emulsions, solutions and pesticides suspensions) to field crops. The sprayer can utilize all the pesticides that are used in farming and are consumed over all zones of Ukraine except the regions of hill agriculture where the slopes are above 70. Photo 8 The plant machinery equipment numbers 690 mechanical processing machines and 132 units of press equipment. The plant has the unique equipment for mechanical procession of large-sized metal products: – Lathe equipment allows to process work-pieces with the diameter of up to 1250mm and length of up to 6300mm. – Boring lathe equipment allows to process work-pieces with the diameter of up to 5000mm and the height of up to 2500mm. – Boring equipment allows to process work-pieces with the length of 8000mm, width of up to 3500mm, height of 2500mm and weight of up to 40 tones. – Gear-cutting equipment allows toothing of: – pinion shafts with diameter of up to 3000mm and length of 3000mm, modular unit of 1 to 30mm; – pinion rings and wheels with diameter of up to 6400mm and height of up to 1500mm, modular unit of up to 70mm. There is a possibility of external as well as internal toothing. – Polishing equipment allows to process work-pieces with the diameter of up to 400mm and the length of 2800mm. – Milling and planing equipment allows to process work-pieces with the length of 8500mm, the width of 2000mm and the height of 2500mm. Photo 9 The guardrail – the structure is using for prevention of driving down a car from the road or bridge, crossing the demarcation strip, crashing with oncoming car, massive head-on crashing (safety barrier for the cars), falling down the pedestrians from the bridge or embankment (safety barriers for the pedestrians) and also for the improvement of pedestrians` movement and prevention of animals` roadway entrance (limiting barrier). The road safety barriers building constructions, aimed for using in construction and exploitation of general use roads, access roads and intra-organizational ones. Photo 10 The plant has a possibility to manufacture steelwork, welded into carbon dioxide or argon area from constructional and alloy-treated steel. Overall dimensions of ready-fitted structures can measure up to 20 m and weigh 50 t. It is possible to manufacture longer structures by additional agreement. Additionally the plant manufactures the structures of any complexity level according to the customers’ requirements and drawings: – frames of pre-fabricated buildings; – truss constructions; – framed constructions, – columns; – poles; – overlaps; – links and non typical steel constructions. Manufactured structures can be protected by different types of anticorrosive coating, including hot dip galvanizing (HDG).
